"Hope Enterprises" is a exporting platform provided to the best goods irrespective of any differenciation in the nationality of products and their manufacturers. We obtain best products on attractive rates and export them.  However there are certain UNQUESTIONED and UNIFORM company policies which are observed under every circumstances very rigidly and strictly.

Samples & Air Freight Charges :-

1. Since "Hope Enterprises" does not manufacture any goods, we do not have any goods as our samples. We obtain the trade samples from the companies who wish to associate themself with us for marketing their products. As a matter of policy we obtain the trade samples FREE OF COST from the manufacturers.

2. Sending of sample to the overseas buyer is a costly affair but we do not want any manufacturer to be burdened with the heavy air freight charges for his trade samples. We take the air freight charges of sending the sample to the overseas buyer in our account and do not bill or charge the manufacturer who's items we send to the buyers irrespective of whether getting order for the same or not getting any order.

3. "Hope Enterprises" is a sourcing and buying selling agency besides being exporters, we charge fully for the air freight and other samples sending charges from the overseas buyers. To receive the free of cost trade samples the overseas buyers have to pay for the full air freight charges either in advance or by paymnet collect basis on the receipt of the consignment or by providing us the air courier permanent account number.

4. Indian goods stocklots, unless specified otherwise, are only for overseas buyers. They belong to the exporters/manufacturers of these products and as per the wish of the principals these goods are only offered and sold to the overseas market. "Hope Enterprises" in no capacity could entertain any request from domestic buyers to sell such stocklots in Indian domestic market.

5. Unless notified against certain commodity no bargaining or negotiation in the prices is possible.

6. In the context of the stocklots, the price of the entire lot or minimum quantity of purchase determines the cost of per piece. Usually it is not possible to order a less quantity than the mentioned minimum purchase quantity of the stocklot and get the same price which has been offered for the entire lot (per piece). Because price per piece is based on the minimum quantity of purchase or the entire stocklot whatsoever mentioned. If lesser quantity is ordered for purchase from stocklot it could be denied or if accepted could be at a higher price than the price mentioned in the stocklot.

7. All exports are done against 60% of the payment by T/T and balance as mutually agreed. "Hope Enterprises" provides the platform for the marketing to the exporters the initial L.C. has to be issued in the name of "Hope Enterprises" which is transfered later in the name of the exporter and for providing the marketing service "Hope Enterprises" charges the mutually agreed commission in full from the exporter at the time of transfering the L.C. in the name of the exporter.

8. To make the working proceedures easier and without any misunderstanding between the manufacturer/exporter and "Hope Enterprises" , the marketing associates. A Memorandum of Understanding is to be signed by the exporter/manufacturer and "Hope Enterprises".
